What:

2007 Jury Session. Juried status makes you eligible for the Holiday Showcase and gives you the opportunity to exhibit on the Guild website and at the Guild Mellwood office/gallery.

3940 Grandview Ave. Second Floor, St. Mathews, Kentucky

How:

• Complete the Jury Application and mail it along with the jury fee of $15 for each medium by May 15, 2008 to:
  Kathy Lum
  6500 Perrin Place
  Crestwood, Kentucky 40014.
  Make checks out to LAG.
  Also, include a separate check for $35 if you have not paid your membership fee.
• Hand Deliver 5 pieces of your best work in each medium that you would like to offer for sale at Guild fairs between 10 a.m. and 12 noon on May 31 along with the completed “information for jurors” sheet.
• Temporarily cover all identifying marks on your work i.e. name
• Pick up work between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. (If artist cannot deliver work or pick up they must make prior arrangements. LAG jury committee cannot be responsible.)

If you wish to exhibit work in more than one medium at Guild fairs, you must be juried in each medium.

All work must be the original creation of the applicant in both design and execution.
